(This article is analyzed a current state of terminology of the Internet in the context of modern development of science and equipment. The system of terms is considered of the Internet semantiko-derivational and functional aspects, the main sources and ways of their nomination, the presented characteristic of lexical units are defined for designation of objects and processes in the field of the Internet. Modern stage of development of science and technology is characterized the rapid introduction of computers in our lives. This is a natural process – new technologies are in everyday use, while it is not common has the means necessary to refer to new concepts. New terminological units and linguistics – new the objects of study. The main directions of terminological work in Ukraine provide for coordination of the national and international terminology, develop methodological foundations for the unification of terminology, their enrichment at the expense of own linguistic units and necessary in the present lexical borrowing (theoretical aspect), the participation of the Ukrainian terminology in the work of international organizations on standardization (pragmatic aspect), enter into various terminological dictionaries in cooperation of specialists in the relevant fields of science and equipment and philologists (applied aspect). As you know, the first computer terminology was barely not entirely borrowed from the English language. However, many English terms today it does not require translation, as it has received General acceptance and apply as a result of transliteration (directory, file, program). There are cases of borrowing from this language, when saved Latin writing (Internet, CD-ROM, E-mail, on-line, offline, WEB, Windows, WORD, and others). Use a lot of borrowed words, some of them are useful because the Ukrainian version accurately reflects the content of the concept. The analysis gives reason to believe, the main body terminology the Internet has already formed, but requires a thorough streamlining and standardization. The main direction of work in this terminology remains practical aspect, namely the improvement, which manifests itself in a desire to avoid such unnecessary in terms of phenomena such as synonymy, pacema, the complexity nature of time, overload of foreign language units. Necessary is also the publication of dictionaries timing the Internet Ukrainian language for different categories users.

Impedimetric determination of kanamycin in milk with aptasensor based on carbon black‐oligolactide composite

The determination of antibiotics in food is important due to their negative effect on human health related to antimicrobial resistance problem, renal toxicity, and allergic effects. We propose an impedimetric aptasensor for the determination of kanamycin A (KANA), which was assembled on the glassy carbon electrode by the deposition of carbon black in a chitosan matrix followed by carbodiimide binding of aminated aptamer mixed with oligolactide derivative of thiacalix[4]arene in a cone configuration. The assembling was monitored by cyclic voltammetry, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, and scanning electron microscopy. In the presence of the KANA, the charge transfer resistance of the inner interface surprisingly decreased with the analyte concentration within 0.7 and 50 nM (limit of detection 0.3 nM). This was attributed to the partial shielding of the negative charge of the aptamer and of its support, a highly porous 3D structure of the surface layer caused by a macrocyclic core of the carrier. The use of electrostatic assembling in the presence of cationic polyelectrolyte decreased tenfold the detectable concentration of KANA. The aptasensor was successfully tested in the determination of KANA in spiked milk and yogurt with recoveries within 95% and 115%. © 2020 by the authors. Rates of SARS-COV-2 transmission and vaccination impact the fate of vaccine-resistant strains

Vaccines are thought to be the best available solution for controlling the ongoing SARS-CoV-2 pandemic. However, the emergence of vaccine-resistant strains may come too rapidly for current vaccine developments to alleviate the health, economic and social consequences of the pandemic. To quantify and characterize the risk of such a scenario, we created a SIR-derived model with initial stochastic dynamics of the vaccine-resistant strain to study the probability of its emergence and establishment. Using parameters realistically resembling SARS-CoV-2 transmission, we model a wave-like pattern of the pandemic and consider the impact of the rate of vaccination and the strength of non-pharmaceutical intervention measures on the probability of emergence of a resistant strain. As expected, we found that a fast rate of vaccination decreases the probability of emergence of a resistant strain. Counterintuitively, when a relaxation of non-pharmaceutical interventions happened at a time when most individuals of the population have already been vaccinated the probability of emergence of a resistant strain was greatly increased. Consequently, we show that a period of transmission reduction close to the end of the vaccination campaign can substantially reduce the probability of resistant strain establishment. These results, therefore, suggest the convenience of maintaining non-pharmaceutical interventions and prevention protocols throughout the entire vaccination period

The role of CD180 in hematological malignancies and inflammatory disorders.

Toll-like receptors play a significant role in the innate immune system and are also involved in the pathophysiology of many different diseases. Over the past 35 years, there have been a growing number of publications exploring the role of the orphan toll-like receptor, CD180. We therefore set out to provide a narrative review of the current evidence surrounding CD180 in both health and disease. We first explore the evidence surrounding the role of CD180 in physiology including its expression, function and signaling in antigen presenting cells (APCs) (dendritic cells, monocytes, and B cells). We particularly focus on the role of CD180 as a modulator of other TLRs including TLR2, TLR4, and TLR9. We then discuss the role of CD180 in inflammatory and autoimmune diseases, as well as in hematological malignancies of B cell origin, including chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). Based on this evidence we produce a current model for CD180 in disease and explore the potential role for CD180 as both a prognostic biomarker and therapeutic target. Throughout, we highlight specific areas of research which should be addressed to further the understanding of CD180 biology and the translational potential of research into CD180 in various diseases

© Medwell Journals, 2016.Uncertainty and risk always accompany decision making process in all spheres of life activity of the person. Subjects of business activities at adoption of economic decisions including taking into account information which is contained in the financial reporting of the enterprises are in an uncertainty concerning effects of these decisions. The majority of solutions of subjects of business activities are connected with their aspiration to reach the greatest possible income. The concept of risk is significant in economy as persons who make decisions compare risks with the expected income. The purpose of our research is to define a format and content of disclosure of the risks in the financial reporting

Crystallization kinetics of Al86Ni8Gd6 amorphous alloy

We study structure and crystallization kinetics of melt-spun Al 86Ni8Gd6 amorphous alloy. The X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy detect pronounced nanoscale clusters in the structure of the amorphous state. Differential scanning calorimetry analysis shows complex three-stage crystallization of the amorphous alloy at different heating rates. The high temperature X-ray diffraction analysis reveals crystallization mechanism with competing reactions of intermetallic compounds formation. Summarizing the experimental data, we introduce multiversion non-linear kinetic model that describes the crystallization process completely and allows us to determine kinetic parameters with high accuracy. The activation energies obtained reveal relatively stable amorphous state. © 2013 Elsevier B.V

Recent Achievements in Electrochemical and Surface Plasmon Resonance Aptasensors for Mycotoxins Detection

Mycotoxins are secondary metabolites of fungi that contaminate agriculture products. Their release in the environment can cause severe damage to human health. Aptasensors are compact analytical devices that are intended for the fast and reliable detection of various species able to specifically interact with aptamers attached to the transducer surface. In this review, assembly of electrochemical and surface plasmon resonance (SPR) aptasensors are considered with emphasis on the mechanism of signal generation. Moreover, the properties of mycotoxins and the aptamers selected for their recognition are briefly considered. The analytical performance of bio-sensors developed within last three years makes it possible to determine mycotoxin residues in water and agriculture/food products on the levels below their maximal admissible concentrations. Requirements for the development of sample treatment and future trends in aptasensors are also discussed. © 2021 by the authors.
